As reported earlier by Andy Katz of ESPN.com and the Georgia Sports Blog, the Georgia Bulldogs will open their 2009-10 season against the New Orleans Privateers on Friday, November 13, 2009 at Stegeman Coliseum.
Our tentative 2009-10 Georgia Bulldogs Basketball Schedule has been updated with this game. As it stands, the Hoop Dawgs under new head coach Mark Fox will play non-conference games at home against Georgia Tech and New Orleans and away games against Missouri and Virginia Tech.
Georgia will also face Illinois at the Gwinnett Arena in Duluth, GA and will face St. John’s in Madison Square Garden in New York, NY as part of the SEC/Big East Challenge.
