The 2008-09 Georgia Bulldogs Basketball Schedule has been released by the UGA Athletic Association. Featured non-conference games include Missouri and Virginia Tech at home, Illinois in Chicago (neutral site) and games at Western Kentucky and Georgia Tech. The Bulldogs will also participate in the 2008 NIT Season Tip-Off. Those matchups will be announced at a later date.

Georgia begins play in an exhibition game against Albany State in Athens on Friday, November 7, 2008. Their first regular season game is at home against USC - Upstate on Friday, November 14.

Other non-conference home games include Presbyterian, Wofford, Texas A&M - Corpus Christi, North Carolina A&T and Kennesaw State. The Dawgs begin SEC play on January 10, 2009 at home against the Tennessee Volunteers.
